Ganduje Commends Kano For Electing Buhari, 3 Senators, 24 Reps Members From APC

Impressed by the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari of All Progressives Congress (APC) for securing the second term of another 4 years from 29th May, 2019 to 29th May 2023, and the voting pattern of Kano state during the polls, the state governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje commended people of the state for giving Buhari the highest votes in the country, with 1,464, 768 votes, representing 78.9%, from Kano.

Gov. Ganduje Launches 60 Days Emergency Enrollment for PVC/National ID Card

Kano state government has launched a 60 days’ emergency period to enable residents of the state, who have not registered for the Permanent Voters Card, PVC, and the National Identity Card to enroll.

Speaking during the launch, Governor Umar Abdullahi Ganduje tasked residents across the 44 Local Government Areas to take advantage of the exercise to enroll, in order to have a legitimate means of identification, and avoid disenfranchisement in the forthcoming general coming elections.
